# Standardkanäle einrichten

Für die Benutzergruppen können **Standardkanäle** eingerichtet werden. Bei **Aufruf des Infoboards** werden die Benutzer zu diesem Kanal geleitet.

Dazu sind folgende Einstellungen nötig:

1. Klicken Sie in der Verwaltung des Infoboards auf "**Standardkanäle**".
2. Klicken Sie auf "**Standardkanal festlegen**".
3. Wählen Sie einen Kanal aus, der als Standardkanal festgelegt werden soll und "**Bestätigen**" Sie die Auswahl.
4. Wählen Sie die [Benutzergruppen](/verwaltung/benutzergruppen.md) aus, für die der ausgewählte Kanal als Standardkanal gelten soll.
5. Klicken Sie auf "**Übernehmen**".

Der Kanal erscheint nun in der Liste mit dem Hinweis, für wie viele Benutzergruppen dieser Kanal als Standardkanal eingestellt wurde.

Mit Klick auf "**Benutzergruppen-Übersicht**" können Sie die Ansicht zur Auflistung der Benutzergruppen wechseln. Hier sehen Sie, welcher Benutzergruppe welcher Kanal als Standardkanal zugeordnet ist.

Sind **keine** **Standardkanäle** konfiguriert, wird der Einzelbenutzer beim Aufruf des Infoboards zu dem Kanal geleitet, den er **zuletzt aufgerufen** hat. Der **Gruppenaccount** wird auf die Seite "**Allgemein**" geleitet.
