# Termin erstellen

Klicken Sie auf **"Neuer Termin"**, um die Maske zur Erstellung eines neuen Kalender-Eintrags zu öffnen.

Im **Textfeld Titel** können Sie den Termin benennen. Optional können Sie einen Ort und / oder eine Beschreibung hinzufügen.

Zum Einstellen der Zuweisung legen Sie fest in welchem Kalender der Termin erscheint und welchen Benutzergruppen der Eintrag angezeigt werden soll.

Unter Zeitpunkt können Sie das Ereignis genauer definieren, ob es ganztägig stattfindet, den Zeitraum festlegen und ob sich das Ereignis in einem bestimmten Abstand wiederholt.

Bevor Sie mit dem Anlegen der Termine starten, legen Sie zuvor in den [Einstellungen](/verwaltung/einstellungen/kalender.md) Ihre gewünschten Kategorien, wie Urlaub, Veranstaltungen, etc. an.
